Return Policy

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality real estate photography and print products. Below, we outline our return policy, tailored to digital downloads and physical prints.

Digital Files – Non-Returnable

Due to the nature of digital files, all real estate photography files delivered as downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you experience any issues with the quality or delivery of your digital files, please contact us immediately at danielparkphotography@gmail.com, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Physical Products (Prints)

We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products, such as prints, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at danielparkphotography@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (Prints)

Please inspect your prints upon delivery. If your print arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Exceptions

Digital Products: Non-refundable and non-returnable.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: These cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (Prints)

The fastest way to ensure you get the print you want is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
